Description:
I consulted on a major redesign and content overhaul for Teachers’ Retirement System of the City of New York, which handles pensions for all the New York City public school teachers and is one of the largest pension systems in the U.S.
As part of a year-long redesign and CMS migration, I was responsible for auditing content, defining information architecture, creating an analysis of best practices based on peer pension systems and recommending site-wide UX changes.
