Description:
As Director of Website Operations for PharmacyChecker, I managed a major site redesign / migration. PharmacyChecker.com had been an older site that was running on ASP platform and was not well optimized for mobile. I worked with management to create product plans and specifications, draw up wireframes, hire and supervise a design company, and coordinate the work of developers within an Agile framework.
The end result was a completely redesigned, responsive front-end running on a new platform (Python/Django on Amazon AWS).
